Located in Le Crotoy, this renovated 50 m² fisherman's cottage welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds, plus a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen, living room, TV, washing machine, and single-level layout ensure your comfort throughout your stay. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available. Enjoy the private, uncovered terrace furnished with outdoor furniture—perfect for relaxing in the peaceful courtyard. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. Parking is available directly on Rue de Paris, in front of the cottage. Please be aware that parking is available for an extra fee on all streets in Le Crotoy from April 1st to November 30th. The house is in the heart of town, on a quiet street, just 500 meters from the port and beach. You can easily explore the area: cycle paths, Somme Bay seals, steam train, walking and riding trails, and Parc du Marquenterre. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.
